Withdrawal

• Funding option available - credit | debit card, paypal or wire transfer
• We encourage you to use debit card or paypal for easy and fast process
  
• Cerdit | debit card and paypal may take 2-3 hours
• Wire transfer may take 3 days
• No charge imposed by FxPro, however, your bank may have their on fees
• Paypal also will charge certain fees

• Available withdrawal option - credit | debit card, paypal or wire transfer
• No withdrawal limit however you banks may have limit. Paypal also have limit up to USD10,000.
• Withdrawal using wire transfer normally around 3-5 working days
• Withdrawal using paypal may takes 1-2 days
• Withdrawal using cards may take 5-7 days
• No charge imposed by FxPro, however, FxPro bank, Hellenic Bank and your bank may charge certain fees
• Verification Access Code (VAC) is always needed each withdrawal

1. Scan your front card and email to Accounting Department
2. Please mention in your email your FxPro ID with the card you are going to use for funding.
3. Do not scan back card as it contain your 3 digit security code
4. Log in to MyFxPro
5. Click Credit | Debit Card option
6. Enter the requires information
7. Click submit

1. Complete Signature Specimen Form
2. Signature Specimen Form must be endorsed or verified (stamped) by any of bank officer, government officer (police, army, lecturer, etc), lawyer or commissioner of oaths.
3. Scan any documents (ID, passport, etc) containing your signature
4. If your ID, especially Malaysian, do not containing your signature, you may photocopy your IC (front & back at similar page) and endorsed/verified (stamped) by similar officer as #2 above.
5. Submit the form via email to FxPro
6. The Signature Specimen form can be obtained from Documentation & Media
7. Log in to MyFxPro
8. Click Credit | Debit Card option and fil up the required information
9. Clicksubmit button.

• Click Paypal option
• Enter information needed
• Please remember, paypal has limit

• Log in to MyFxPro
• Click Paypal option
• Enter your paypal email
• Please remember, paypal has limit

• Log in to MyFxPro
• Click Wire Transfer option
• Complete the form
• Choose FxPro bank in the form, we are recommended to choose Hellenic Bank
• Swift code and some FxPro bank details available in the Documentation & Media
• Click submit button
• You will get an email together with a letter from FxPro
• Bring a letter to the bank
• Fill up the Bank's Wire Transfer form
• Fill-up a Wire Transfer form available in the Documentation & Media
• Email back to FxPro as instructed at the bottom of the form

• Log in to MyFxPro
• Click Wire Transfer option
• Complete the form
• Only fill up the bold column
• Enter your bank details, including SWIFT Code
• SWIFT Code can be checked and obtained at BIC Portal
• Click submit button to process your request
• No withdrawal fees charges by FxPro, however their banks, Hellenic bank may charge you certain amount
• Your local bank also will charge with a very small amount for their service fee
